My wife, two sons and I are Burnsville, Minnesota residents.
I am very familier with the Apple Valley, Burnsville and
Rosemount communities. I am actively involved with my church,
Grace Lutheran Church in Apple Valley, as Chair of the Stewardship
Commission, on the Membership Committee and Manager of "Grace
Happens" softball team. In my neighborhood I am the
founder of the Keller Lake Area Neighborhood Alert System
(notifies 200 neighbors immediately (by email) of important
or critical information).
In my formal education I received a college degree in psychology
with a concentration in learning and motivation. I owned
an Italian restaurant for 9 years. I also am a head cook
for Community Meals Program in Apple Valley (a charitable
organization that provides hot meals to 150+ families in
transition).
My keys to success are maintaining constant diligence and
perseverance in developing innovative and efective marketing
for my listings, and strive to keep my clients both informed
and involved in the selling process.
